My paternal grand dad, S. Narain Singh Sublok, was from Shah Maqsood in Hazara District, NWFP, which is now in Pakistan. His dad, grand dad and great grand dad are S. Karam Singh, S. Heera Singh and S. Hara Singh in that order.

My Grand Dad migrated from Hazara to Bombay (Mumbai) in the 1930s and then to Karnataka in the 1950s. He passed away in 1999. He also had a brother, S. Diwan Singh, who also migrated and settled down in Bombay.

The last name in our family is also spelt as Sablok.

Am eager to meet others who may be related to me and share my ancestors.
