After the death of John South (the younger) Rebecca married Anthonly Sandusky who helped raise John South's children at Pleasant Run which was Sanduskys Station in Washington County, Kentucky.

George & Henry Wilson is prominent in the Harrodsburg area and founded the Wilson Station just east of the Sandusky Station, and Henry Wilson was either a brother or father of Rebecca Wilson South. This Henry Wilson had a son that moved to Cain Ridge in Bourbon County, Kentucky and James Sandusky, brother of Anthony Sandusky and founder of the Sandusky Station in Washington County, Kentucky left the Station there to his brother Anthony. James Sandusky moved to CainRidge in Bourbon county Kentucky near thr Henry Wilson family. The Sandusky Family and the South Family were very close.
