I have gathered family tree information for the Nickens, Colvin and Tapscott families located in the Washington DC area. These African American families (Tapscott on my father's side and Nickens and Colvin on my mother's side) are primarily from the Nokesville, VA area.

The Nickens-Colvin reunion is held the second Saturday in June. The Tapscott reunion is held the last Saturday and Sunday in July.

I am always looking for family tree updates! Please contact me if you have any info (additions, corrections, etc.) or would like more info on the reunions.
