I am researching the paternal and maternal lines of both my family, the Taylor's of Bermondsey and Rotherhithe, and the Olive's, of the Chelsea and Tooting areas of London.
I have taken most lines back to pre BMD registration in 1837. The following names are covered: Adamson,Allen,Anderson,Angel,Appleton,Bascombe,Booker,Carthew,Chatham,Churchill,Cole,Coleman,Collins,Davis,Eales,Eley,Faircloth,Flinn/Flynn,Gosling,Gullis,Jordan.Miller,Morrissey(AUS),Noding/Nodding,Olive,Palmer.Paxman,Polkinghorn,Poole,Quinn(NZ),Rayner,Riley,Shelley,Smallman,Smith,Stokes and Taylor.
There are also numerous other surnames which link into the Taylor and Olive family trees. The majority of both families come from south of Birmingham although there are some Irish and Scotts ancestors.
