Legends and history of Samoa before the islands were discovered by Captain Cook and prior to the first missionaries arrived and started recording records about christening, baptism, birth, and death; the records of family titles, lineage, and geneology were passed from father to son or mother to daughter through word of mouth from one generation to another. The same is with the true and original lineage of the TEO FAMILY for the village of Vailoa, island of Tutuila, American Samoa. For the records; let it be known that my great grandfather- Taemanu Teo was married to my great grandmother-Taepaapaa. Only two sons were borned to them. The older son - Malala and youngest son - Nofo. And so, begins the lineage and family tree of the original and true Teo family of the village of Vailoa, Tutuila, American Samoa.
