Mark W. Theobald
GALESBURG - Mark W. Theobald, 48, 1942 McMasters Ave., died at 7:15 a.m. Monday (Aug. 7, 2000) in the emergency room at Galesburg Cottage Hospital, 695 N. Kellogg St.
He was born Sept. 9, 1951, in Galesburg, the son of Kenneth and Agnes Herrin Theobald.
Surviving are his mother, in Galesburg; Debbie Baysinger, with whom he made his home; two sons, Christopher Foxx and Nicholas Theobald, and one daughter, Carrie Baysinger, all of Galesburg; one brother, Michael Theobald, and one sister, Ann Thomas, both of Galesburg, and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and one son.
He did maintenance work, and was employed last by Knox Laundry.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Watson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Michael Van Acker officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p,m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Cremation will be accorded.
