My sister, Peggy Jo & I have just begun to research our family history. If anyone has any information, we would greatly appreciate your help.
We were born to Carl Edward Phillips (deceased) and Helen Marie Schabel along with our siblings: Carla Jean, David Lee (missing) Jack Edward and Deborah Kay (deceased).
Our father was born to Bruce Phillips and Matilda Hooter. There were ten children in the family. Our Mother was born to
Edward Schabel and Estella Rebecca Burt. There were 11 children in the family. Estella was born to Edgar Allen Burt and Mary Ann Callahan. Her brother was Edgar Owen Burt. We are very interested in finding more information about our connection to the Callahan family. We are not sure that we are spelling Matilda's maiden name correctly.
If there is anyone out there who can help us, we would be very grateful.
Our Grandmother Matilda (Tillie) was born to Joseph Hooter. We aren't sure of this spelling either.
