About Our Family Research


So far I have traced my ancestors back to John Washington. He was George Washington's great-grandfather. He had a son named John who married Anne Pope and they had a son Lawrance born in 1659. Lawrance married Mildred Warner and they had 2 chlidren, Mildred and Augustine. Augustine was George Washington's father, his sister Mildred was my 6th great grandmother.

My family tree includes Southall, Waters, Thronton, Richard and Homassel. The last 2 are my French connection.
