About Our Family Research


This site features the family names of AIKEN, BORNER, CAMPBELL, DIEBALL, GLENN, HALL, HARMONI/HERMANNI, LOWE, MAGEE/McGEE, MEIER, RETICKA, SCHILD, SMITH, TIMM, TRABA, TONSING, WALDER, and YUNKER as being my direct blood ancestors.

Aiken, Glenn, Campbell, and--most likely--Smith came from Scotland.

Borner and Schild came from Neuchatel, Switzerland in 1899.

Dieball, Reticka, Tonsing, and Traba either came from Prussia or Germany. (Dieball, 1865)

Magee/McGee came from Ireland sometime around 1755.

Harmoni/Hermanni came from Herborn, Germany.

Lowe came from England.

Walder came from Zurich, Switzerland in 1904.

Timm and Yunker came from Germany.....
