I was prompted to start my research because my nan was orphened when she was a little girl and knew very little about her family background, so being someone who likes a challenge my research began.It has taken me a year and three months to finally find information about my nans side of the family, I am now begining to un-ravel this side of my family tree. My nan has never seen two of her siblings as she was seperated from them when their parents died when all contact was lost. This is a very sad story it would bring closure to her if she knew where her brother and sister were. Along the way I have found my grandfathers side of the family going back to the 1600`s. Whilst doing my own research I help friends find imformation about their families.This is the best hobby, very adictive and facinating.
