I was born in Omaha, NE. on 01/03/62. My Father was born as an Arney, but @ some point changed his name to his mother's maiden name of Toher & thus, my last name. They were last known to live in Scott County, Le Claire, IA. I only remember visiting my Grandparents a couple of times. I would like to find any of my relation from that area. Also, my father was previously married & he had a Son (Louis James Arney, Jr.) & a daughter (Marilyn Jean Arney), but I never knew his 1st wifes name. My 1/2 siblings do not know I exist - or even what ever happened to their father. He also went by the names of Louie & Jim. He also had his other childrens' names tatooed on each BiCep of his arms. If anyone knows any info. please contact me. I have been trying for years & have come to nothing but "Dead Ends" so I decided to try this approach.
