We are looking for the parents of Jonas Tucker and his wife Abigale Rebecca Harrison. Their second child was named James Harrison Tucker. The Harrison name appears as a middle name several times in our family histroy.James Tucker was a riverboat Capt. of a paddle weelerer,on the Mississippi River,also a farmer rancher, stockman.Captain Jim was born 30 Jan, 1824 in Dixfield Me.. His 4th son Robert B Tucker is my Grandfather born in McPaul IA. 21 March 1861.married twice. Frist wife 2 sons 1 daughter. Wife # 2 my grandmother Evalyn Long Tucker born Thurmand IA. 3 children Willard Earle Tucker,my father born in Tabor IA. plus Ruth,and Harold. Willard Willard was married to my Mother Edna Briggs.Edna had a daughter Elisbeth Ann (Betty( from a former marrage. Edna Briggs was born in Green Castel MO. Robert Earle Tucker was the only child of that union. Born in Reno Nevada. I Robert E Tucker married Dorthy Clair Paulsen of San Francisco in 1959 we have 3 children Karen Lynn Tucker Apontie, Kim Machele Tucker Wolf,and James Robert Tucker.Karen has 3 children Dustin born Jan 3 1985, Danny Aponite Jr. born May 12th Karens husband Danny is a Roofer. 1998 Nacole born May 19th.1997. Kim has two boys Austin born April9th 1996. Cole Born Nov. 19th 1998. Kim's husband John Wolf is an attorny works in S. F. James Robert Tucker family consist of one wife one son Valliery Slanger Tucker and Kevin James born April 26th 1997. Jim is an electrican with the City of Santa Clara. The Tucker Family Reunion was last heald in Antioch Ca.
