Henry Tullis (b. 31 March 1879, d. 22 July 1941)

Henry Tullis (son of William John Samuel Dean Tullis and Katherine Slade) was born 31 March 1879 in Workhouse, Mint Street, Southwark., and died 22 July 1941. He married Mary Blears on 1926 in Manchester.

Notes for Henry Tullis:

Poor Henry, the Tullis fortunes must have taken a bit of a battering or there was something very murky going on as Henry was born in the Workhouse in Mint Street, Southwark. His mother Kate Slade (aka Granny Stubbs) went on to marry a Henry Stubbs.

He married Mary Blears from Manchester where they lived.

Henry was in the army as a private in the South Lancs regt. No 18559. Discharged 16/9/1916?
