I have an extensive & large family and I wanted to trace the origins as far back as possible, on my mother's side as well as my father's. I am lucky with my mother's side as my great grandmother is still alive, so I am waiting for more information to come from herself. My father's side is a large family who lived in India and before that in England and orignally from Northumberland or Scotland. Obviously my quest is to go back as far as possible!
