This picture is of Daniel and Caroline Fish. The back of the photo reads
"Daniel F. Fish / Army Captain Civil War / Caroline Morton Lincoln Fish / Neice of Abe. Lincoln / Raised by Gov. Morton of Mass. / Came to Door County 1863"
I believe it was my mother-in-law who wrote this on the back. She is the great-grandaughter of Daniel and Caroline. She claims that Caroline was Abe Lincoln's neice, but I cannot find anything to back that up. Please email me if you have information that might be useful.
