We, Richard and Sue, grew up in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland. We met in high school, became sweethearts and married five years later. We have now been married forty-two years and have three children and seven grandchildren.

I became interested in genealogy several years ago and have been fortunate that a family cousin had done a lot of research on the Utz side of our family.

Now that I am retired, I plan to pursue this endeavor in order to have a family history to pass along to my children and grandchildren.
