The Yurik Vagradyan’s Family Research

Updated August 5, 2004

About Our Family Research

I was burn in town of Stepanavan, Armenia in 1933. My father – Mantash Vahradyan (1905-1938) was burn in Lejan village, Stepanavan (Jalaloghly – before 1929) region of Armenia and my mother – Shushanik Avetyan (1907-1992) was burn in town of Jalaloghly. The last name Vagradyan was modified from original Vahradyan because I came to USA directly from Kiev, Ukraine having my ID written in Russian (there is no such a letter for Armenian "h" in Russian and they put the letter "ã" instead which is equal to the English "g"). I used to live in different regions of the former USSR (Urals, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Armenia) working as a geologist for long period of time (1956-1991) after graduated the Yerevan State University, Armenia.

  • Yurik Vagradyan's Family Tree (6 KB)
As a result of my search here will be combined all individuals generated from families: Vahradyan, Vagradyan, Vagratyan, Varadyan and also Vahradian, Vagradian, Vagratian, Varadian. This variety is possible because of different spelling of last names when people are moving around the world.
