I'm relatively new at this and am trying to find all the information on my family that I can find.

My father is Jesse Elmo Powell,12-14-1925, his father is Jesse James Powell who was raised in Ohio and Indiana. His father is Lloyd Andrew Powell married to Polena Franklin from Spencer, Indiana.. Lloyd was born in Montgomery, Ohio from what I have been told. Lloyd's father is Jacob ? Powell. Not sure if there is a middle initial. I have been told he possibly came from the Virginia's, but that has not been proven yet either..

Jesse James married Mary Catherine Scott in Spencer, Indiana, I believe, and they lived between Indiana and Michigan.

I have also been told that Jacob was one of the first Powell's in Spencer, Indiana.

Anyone have any information to help prove this information or that is related??? Would love to find relatives and hear from you..
