We are researching our family history. My maiden name was Amy Beth DYKSTRA, My father was Raymond Dykstra, my mother was Lorraine Anne Grau, I have 3 older brothers: Lambert, Raymond, & Randall (died 1976) and 2 older sisters: Kathleen and Karen. My paternal grandparents are Josie (Wynsma) Dykstra & Lambert Dykstra (died 1992) My paternal great-grandparents were Henry Dykstra & Winnie (Syens) Dykstra & Alice De Jager. My maternal grandparents were Henry John Herman Grau & Grace Belle (Myers) Grau(died 1983) and my maternal great-grandparents were Claus Henry Grau & Mathilda (Mohr) Grau & Jacob Abraham Myers & Sarah Ann (Talbert) Myers. My great-great grandparents on my mom's side were Samuel & Jennie(Simpson) Talbert. My grandmother, Josie(Sjoeke) Dykstra arrived in the U.S. from the Netherlands in Sept. 1920 with her mother, Aaltje(Alice) De Jager & her step-father. I have 8 children: Joshua Randall-21, Michael Raymond-20, Ryan Adam-18,Raymond Lambert-17, Miranda-Jo Nicole-15, Amanda Jeane-15, Bethany Brinna-14, & Carrie Anne-13.
