i have been researing my family orgins for only a couple of years. i am of the mc carley line, my mother was a honeycutt, her mother was a miles and great grandmother was a rainwater. it has been difficult because our family separated in the 40;s and lost contact with relatives. i found my faters side fairly easily. with luck, i found relitives who sent me pages of family history. my own family consist;s of 6 children. thre boys and three girls. they have spread out across the U.S. i have fifteen grand children. seven boys and the rest girls. both of my parents are past-on, as are all the grand parents. there are 9 of us siblings, we to are all over the U.S.
