I am trying to find the connection of my great grandfather and the Van Hoesen who came to this country in the 1600's. I have all the information down six generations and 6 generations from the Van Hoesen ( changed to VanHOozen ) who left New York and came to Indiana in 1835. Does anyone have information about George VanHoozen who had a child George and he and his family moved to Ill. This George is supposed to be the brother of Nathanial. I can find no record of Nathanial's parents.

Give me some clues as to how to find the connections.
