This is an ongoing project, in the first place meant to 'visualize' the Van Heemskerck Düker family. Furthermore, It is a gathering place for the Duker family with its origins in The Netherlands and Germany (Wesel). As the Van Heemskerck branche has been studied extensively, my main objective is to extend the Duker line.

Personally, I'm more interested in history and cultural environments than in genealogy. What was this family like? What was their cultural environment like? These are the questions I'd like to have answered.

Furthermore, it would be nice to contact our family relatives 'overseas' in Hawaii and Michigan!
