Reverend DeLoss Monroe Tompkins, Ancestors and Descendants

Updated October 31, 2005

About Our Family Research

This is the family history, "Reverend DeLoss Monroe Tompkins, His Ancestors and Descendants," as compiled, written and self-published by me in the book of the same name. My purpose is to make this research available to as many people as possible. This volume has already been placed in the Family History Library in Salt Lake City and a few local archives; but, as I discovered during my own research, there is a wealth of family information available on the internet. I wish to add to that wealth.

My research led from the Catskills of New York to Illinois to India and back; and finally to Wisconsin, Minnesota and California. As well as the Tompkins surname, there is also information on other surnames as they relate to the Tompkins. These include Brown, McNeil, Mienke, Miller, Foote, Frayer, Furth, Scales, and VanBlaricom.

The files are saved in rich text format from MicroSoft Word.

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, this is a bare-bones version with all pictures, documents and maps eliminated. If you would like to acquire a hard bound copy of this volume, I will make it available at my cost plus shipping.
