All I know so far about the Remsens is that they came from Denmark, they live in New York, except for the one that came west, this is the one I am most interested in, and will do my research on this. The story goes, he had a falling out with his family, mostly because he wanted to go west. he started out at an unknown year, and his travels are not known for sure, there are Remsens in Dakota, on the Rosebud Res, are they related? there story is semilar, there were also Remsens in Colorado, my Father was born there, are there any left? if so where? I will try and get answers to all of these questions.
