I am just starting my family research. I am researching my step-dad's families (Cruz, Alicea and Rivera). My mom's families (Gonzalez & Colon) My children's father's families (Berrios & Ortiz) My real father (Ramon Lopez)and my husband's family (Vazquez & LeGrand). We do not have any previous research done that I am aware of on any of these families. But I do hope to get as much information as possible for future generations. Any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
I was born in New York City, both of my birth parents were born in Puerto Rico, my step-dad was born in NYC. He never knew who his real father was (Rivera family secret)which started my search to find out. He has past away but the need to know was always there and has been past on to me. I know I have a long road ahead, but gotta find out. I trully hope this will be of interest to other family members present and future. I also hope for future family reunions for these families.
