I am the only child of Anna and Istvan (Stephen) Vecsei.
We migrated to Australia in 1957 after the revolution. That was after a nine month stay at a Yugoslavian refugee camp.My parents original idea was to go to Canada. But after 9 months of apparenty poor conditons, they were asked if they wanted to go to Australia.
Obviously, we came to Australia.
Both my parents have died, my mother in 1969, and my father in 1984.
I live in a suburb of Perth West Australia, and would like to know more about my ancestory.
