My parents are from Sao Miguel an island off the mainland of Portugal. My dad moved to Canada some time at the end of 1967 or the begining of 1968 to build a life for my mom and brothers and sisters. After he was here for a year he sent for my mom and my 2 brothers and two sisters, I was then born a year later in February 12, 1969. My mom has 4 sisters and two brothers my dad has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Half my relative live in Canada and the other half live in the United States except for one aunt who lives in Rio De Janiero. That's about all I know of my immediate family.
