I have been researching on my family history for the past fourty years. My findings revealled the source of my father to originate from the island of Zante in the Ionean Sea, whilst from my mothers from another Greek island of Kithira. as well as throughout the Mainland of Greece.
In both cases, these two patriarchical families have been spread in many localities within Greece, with a large concrntration also within the island of Cyprus., as well as from overseas, mainly of Australia and USA, where there has been a migration
My research consisted of either interviewing or collecting information and data of consistinig of 6500 individuals,dead or alive, 1920 families, 1970 surnames, 450 places, 583 media, and over 120 separate Family Trees,, spread over 8 generations, all recorded by using all the previous editions of the Family Tree Software program,and including the latest edition 2010, and as continuasly ammended.
Where possible photographs and other documents have been appended in "Scrapbooks"
