My family tree includes both sides emmigrating to the USA to begin a new life. On my father's side, he and his brother and sisters were the first to become Americans. On my mother's side, I found one Great-great grandfather O'Leary who arrived in Missouri sometime in the mid-1800s. We were always told that when my great-grandfather married outside his faith (Catholic) to a Baptist, it caused a great riffed in the family and he headed to Arizona where he became very profeciant in setting up mines (mostly copper). He lived in many of the small copper mining towns and raised the other branch of the O'Learys. Most of this side still resides in Arizona.
