I'm off to a slow start seeing how I haven't had a chance to talk to anyone yet. Any information that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
Here are my notes thus far:
Surname: Yancsurak, Laskay I am looking for information about my great grandparents who were born in Hungary and came to the United States in the early 1900's ( I believe around 1905 or 1906) One was Steve Yancsurak and the other was Laskay ( or Laskai ). I don't have a bunch of information but I thought it might ring a bell to someone reading through these surnames...I have never heard another with the name "Yancsurak", although I believed it was probably changed when going through Ellis island.
