The Barrera Waggoner Family of Texas
Updated December 23, 2007
| About Our Family Research |
|
We're just in the beginning stages of this research. Most of the information has come from interviews with older members of the family; family histories; Bibles, etc.
The Waggoners have lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for decades, though many of the ancestors moved here from Tennessee, Alabama and Arkansas.
The Barreras are first-generation immigrants from Mexico -- primarily Monterrey, but also Saltillo and other small towns in the state of Nuevo Leon.
