I have just started to trace my Family Tree and have information of My Family going back to the First World War.
My Great Grandfather, William Wakefield is Buried in the Royal Irish Rifles Graveyard, Laventie, Pas De Calais, France.
He was Killed in Action on 20th September 1918 and his Parents are named as Todd and Mary Wakefield who were from Black Fell, Durham. I will concentrate on finding out more information on Todd and Mary and will be happy to receive any advice regarding how to procede.
