My line of Wakefields arrived in America in 1635 aboard the "America". Thomas (age 17) was the first of my ancestors to arrive in America from Gravesend, County Kent, England. My direct line leads to my children and grandchildren living today, 2007, in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New York City.
