The Harris family History of Gladstone,Mi

Updated October 4, 2003

About Our Family Research

I have spent the last 15 years compiling my family history, not just the tree itself but the daily living situations of its members. My grandpatrents had 17 children 13 of which are still living, needless to say we are now scattered all over this great land and reunions are a difficult thing. The first one was held in 1974 and since 1990 we have been trying to get together every 4 years now. The latest reunion was held here in Gladstone in July of 2003. It was an impressive sight even though alot of the 2nd generation couldn't make it...the majority of my aunts and uncles were there( we were only missing 3 of them). I have been busy trying to compile the family tree for everyone..but am still busy looking for a few bits of information on one side of the family which keeps me from completing it. Hope it will be done soon..but around every corner there is always a new lead to follow.
