Individuals in the Ward Family were born in several countries including Barbados, Haiti, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, England and the U.S. I have only been able to go back as far as my paternal great grandparents (Henry Thomas Ward and Jane Ward [nee Burke]), and the only other information I have is that they lived in St. Philip, Barbados.

My grandfather George N. Ward was also born in Barbados and had a few siblings, but my mother cannot remember their names. The only information she can recall is that one of her father's brothers went to Brazil, and she believes one of his sisters went to the U.S.

Hopefully, this is not where my research ends. I have been conducting research on several genealogy websites, and reading their message boards, but no success so far. Therefore, my search for more information continues.
