My parents:Francis James Murphy & Edna Catherine Seymour,married Detroit Mi Dec 23,1941. My dads parents were Michael Murphy & Mary Ellen Willoughby. My moms parents were Edward Seymour & Doris Gravaline. Siblings of mine are Edward Gordon Murphy, Richard Monroe Murphy,Patricia Broughton. Two half brothers from my dads previous marriage Francis James Murphy (deceased) Joseph Murphy(where abouts unknown. Mothers siblings were Edward Monroe Seymour (deceased)Mildred Seymour(deceased)Doris Seymour (deceased) Geraldine Seymour( Slack married Albert Slack) Geraldine resides in Windsor,Ontario Canada. My father retired from the Detroit Police Department in 1954, the year I was born. When he died in 1962 he was acting Chief of police in Livonia Michigan.
