I am researching the Warner family of England, CT, NY, VT, OH, and MI. My 2nd GGrandfather, Amos W. Warner was born Abt. 1822 in Chazy, NY and may be the GNephew of Col. Seth Warner of the Green Mountain Boys. From census information it appears his father is likely one of the four Warner brothers that lived in the Chazy, NY area during the time Amos W. Warner was born. Their father was Capt. John Warner, brother of Col. Seth Warner.
I am also researching the McConnell family which was a Protestant Irish family that migrated from Ireland to Canada and then to Michigan. My Grandfather, Roland James McConnell, b. April 21, 1888, in Streetsville, Peel, Ontario, Canada. His father was Adam McConnell b. abt. 1847. His Mother was Mary Bonham, b. May 11, 1854, Oxfordshire, England. Mary's parents, John Bonham, b. 1803 in Oxfordshire, England and Anne Sheriff, b. 1812 in Oxfordshire, England, migrated to Canada from Oxfordshire, England. They arrived at Port Credit in 1856, they settled in Streetsville, ON.
I have also incorporated some of my wife Catherine Jane Bennett's ancestors. Many of these are from the John Martin family of Seaford, Delaware.
Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
