My research is focused on the Law family settling in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the early to mid 1800's, the Kephart family settled in Blair County Pennsylvania in the mid to late 1700's, The Price family from the Altoona and Roaring springs area in the late 1800's, and the Irvine family settling in Poughkeepsie, New York originating from England in the early 1800,s on my father’s side of the family.
On my Mother’s side of the family I am researching the Whitaker and Smith (changed name from Hall) from England (mainly Bristol) and Reynolds family from Rhode Island in the late 1700's, and lastly the Dool family from Ireland back to the mid 1700's.
My husband’s family is from Poland, Hungary, and Austria. Including the names Varga (Changed to Wargo once in the states) Ondochen, Madras and Wasielewski.
