I have done extensive research on both of my parents family trees. My father's family was much easier as they did not avoid documentation as my mother's family seems to have done. I have collected documentation from County Clerk's offices, Libraries, Genealogical Societies, Cemeteries, The National Archives Trust Association and via the Internet. I also found distant cousins, along the way, who were willing to share their information with me. I am forever grateful to them.
I would also like to thank the volunteers of the Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness for their help. This is a wonderful organization and I am proud to be a volunteer as well!
