A known landmark; "Vulcan Statue" near entrance to Birmingham, was mentioned to her daughter Henri Eloise Brown from possibly a childhood memory.

Childhood friend: Sadie Jenkins, attended boarding school together, at about 12-13 year old.

A qualified and respectable and very young lady whose occupation as a Teacher who taught in one room schoolhouses migrating throughout the counties of : Monroeville, Monroe, Escambia,and Wilcox County, Alabama.

Often called "Little Carrie" among adults, who knew her mother, Carrie Cray.

Known to the neighborhood as "Little Girl", because of her short height,she was about five feet,give or take three inches.
