I have an extensive family tree that I'm glad to share with any family, anywhere. I'm looking for information on the following surnames and locations, as follows, to complete the family tree: Bunda, Jerabek, Ney, Salentine, Wahl: Kewaunee County, WI, particularily Kewaunee, Pierce, Alaska, Casco & Luxemburg coming from Bohemia & Luxembourg
Crist, Jackson, Erzinger, Stamm: Chicago, IL, coming from Germany, England & Switzerland Fifer, Schmieding, Wolfenbarger: Quincy, IL, coming from Germany
Erzinger, Stamm: Kankakee, IL, coming from Switzerland
Weed: Oshkosh & Milwaukee, WI, coming from Poland
Wierzbycki: Poland
Koeller, Gebert: Cedarburg, WI, coming from Germany
Hauesserman: Germany
Fitz: Ireland, then Germany
Of particular interest is information on my great-grandfather, Arthur Jackson, who was from England and died in early 1899 in Mobile, Alabama while working as a foreman for the Terminal Elevator Co. but had a wife (Mildred AKA Amelia) and daughter (Beatrice) in Chicago. (Update: Have recently found out a great deal about my great-greatfather, Arthur Jackson, including who his parents and grandparents were. Visited with my third cousins in Kent, England and visited the grave of my great-great grandparents, Junia Stirzaker Jackson and Mary Ann Bridge Jackson.)
Also looking for information on another great-grandfather, Josef Bunda who came from Bohemia to Kewaunee, WI sometime before 1880. He was presumed drowned in the Kewaunee River following a horse and buggy mishap in October, 1894, five months before my grandfather, William, was born. Josef had a brother, Wenzel, who eventually settled in Sister Bay, WI.
Information needed about Mary Wolfenbarger who was born in Virginia but parents are currently unknown.
I was married to Roy H. Weed. Sadly, he died on January 24, 2011 and he is missed very much. I have 3 children, Jared James Wold, Julia Susanne Wold and Victoria Lynn Wold and two granddaughters, Trinity Rain and Rachel Kathleen.
