I am researching the Frank Weiss (Wise) family who came to the U.S in 1854 and setteled in Wisconsin. Frank had a brother John and a sister Maria. His parents are Joseph and Therisa. Joseph died in 1856 in Dane County Wisconsin. Frank was married twice. His first wife was Ellen Tinker. She died in 1865 (childbirth?) leaving Frank with three young children. Frank remarried in 1866 to Louisa Dahlmeier. I am looking for any information on Frank, Ellen Tinker or Louisa Dahlmeier or his parents Joseph and Theresia. I have not found Frank on any ship list or immigration records and he is not in the 1860 census listing in the township where lived. Some of the information in my tree is not verified, but I believe it is true and is working of verification. Please contact me if you would like to see it.
