My father Frank Otto Buettner (Buttner) was born in Tilsit, East Prussia, Germany May 30, 1988. My mother Henrietta Mitzel was born January 21, 1888 in Detroit, Michigan. Frank and Henrietta married January 1, 1913 in Detroit, Michigan. Frank had 11 children in his family...seven boys and four girls. Uncle Max and my father were the only ones that came to America. The Mitzel family had five girls and one boy, all born in Detroit, Michigan. Frank and Henrietta had five children. The first one, Virginia, died before birth. Bert Edward was born next, then Daniel Oliver who died of Pneumonia ten days old. Griffith Own was born next and then Vivian Ruth was born when both of my parents were forty years of age. Both of my husbands, Rev. Albert Lyle Welsh and Dr. Mead Wilbur Killion are in Heaven. I am blessed to be alive at eighty-four and blessed to have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. I have many in Heaven who will welcome me when I am called to be home with Jesus. I've had two step children from my first husband. Joyce is in Heaven. Alan lives in Altamonte Spring, Florida. I birthed two children...Rex Albert Welsh and Debbie Ruth Welsh. I have two step children from Mead Killion. I have wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren..
