Firstly, we would like to solve the Hall "mystery". Charles Hall, an engineer married Garcie Schoonover. They had 4 children, the first girl child (Winifred) died in early childhood. Charles Hall took his two sons (Charles Jr, and Frank) out of school, one day, to go fishing (located in approximate area of Hopewell VA) They never returned. No one knew what happened to them;it was thought they drowned -- however, their three bodies were never found -- and Garcie had the lake dredged to no avail. Garcie searched for them for the duration of her life. She remarried a man named Jack Vincent. She had prior changed her first name to Ethel. She ended up living in Angelica NY under the name of Ethel Vincent. Her only remaining child, Ruth Virginia Hall had traveled with her during her lifelong search. The mystery of Charles Hall and son's disappearance has never been solved, much to the dismay of his grandchildren. If anyone has any information, we'd appreciate your response.
