Olive C. Buttermore (daughter of Henry Lutellis Buttermore and Sarah Elizabeth Rhodes) was born August 12, 1894 in Beverly, Lincoln County, Kansas, and died February 15, 1956 in Salina, Saline County, KS. She married Bert E. Webb on May 10, 1916.

Webb, 62, of Beverly, was held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Congregational Christian church with the Rev. R.L. Hendrickson officiating. Burial was made in the Beverly cemetery. Mrs. Webb passed away at Asbury hospital in Salina Tuesday night following a long illness. She was born near Beverly August 12, 1894, and had lived in that community all her life. In recent years they lived two miles north of Beverly. Surviving are her husband of the home, one son, Gerald B., Solomon; four daughters, Mrs. Phillip Doyle, Beloit; Mrs. Kenneth McCall, Bennington; Mrs. Bill Biggs, Barnard; and Mrs. Jack McGeary, Salina; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and six sisters, Mrs. Ed Thrall, Washougal, Wash.; Mrs. Chester Stewart, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Rose Clark, and Mrs. Irene Pile, Salina; Mrs. Hal Pepper, Camas, Wash.; and Mrs. Ted Hancock, Salem, Ore. also----- Beverly: The community was saddened by the recent death of Mrs. Bert Webb. Funeral services were held in the Christian church at Lincoln Saturday with burial at Beverly.
