Buttermore-Pepper
Of interest here is the announcement of the marriage of Miss Velma Buttermore of Camas, Washington, to Mr. Hal Pepper, also a Camas resident, and son of Mrs. Minnie Pepper of Seio (?) Oregon, on Tuesday, April 15, in the home of the Rev. Paul Kunzman, Vancouver.
Their attendants as the Rev. Kunzman read the double ring ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Pepper, also of Camas, brother and sister-in-law of the groom.
The bride wore a light grey dressmaker suit with black hat and accessories and a corsage of gargenias and pink carnations.
Mrs. Pepper came to Camas from Kansas about two years ago. She has been employed in the bag factory of the Crown Willamette mill where she expects to continue working. Mr. Pepper, a Camas resident for the past 29 years, is employed in the napkin department. They will make their home in Tidland Heights at 742 Elmway.
