every year, the first weekend in august we have a family reunion. we call it the porter reunion. my grandfather, william porter once owned much of the land in cripple creek,va. now we always gather the family around the creek. every year. we love our family. it consists mostly of big people, every once in a blue moon, however, you will see a slender, small, person. but that is usually an inlaw. ha ha.
