am searching for any information on Catherine WALLIS, born about 1890, the 1910 census of Utah says she, her mother and father was born in Utah, searching census am unable to locate her on any of the others. The year of her birth is approximate, her marriage license says she was 19, which would have made her born about 1890.
She married Harvey Alfred WIDEL on 16 April 1909 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They were married by an Elder of the LDS Church, even tho they were married there, the only record that am able to locate on her is a card that is entitled, 'Early Church Information File'. Have been told that if they were married by an elder that she or he must have been a LDS member. Am unable to find any connection for either of them.
They had one son my father, Wallace Alfred born 16 Aug 1910 in Salt Lake city. Harvey had 2 other children, by a former wife, Clara W. PIERCE, Wilbur and an Alva, Wilbur was born in Gilmore City, Iowa on Oct 1894 and Wilbur was born Feb 1897.
Alva was married to a Robert HENNING.
