I wrote this in hopes that someone will recognize the surnames, towns, facts & contact me if incorrect. Most if not all is verified with documents, in the Family Tree, through Family Treemaker & ancestry.com. The unknowns & lack of information is sad. My last resort is to search the Jewish & East European records. Some family may have been Polish Jews who came to America's "Melting Pot." For the most they were Greek & Roman Catholic.
I continue to collect photos, surnames, stories, recordings, documents of record such as Baptism, Marriage, Death Census Records & resources I discover. The Family Tree is "Gedmarked" & one needs to contact me before changing any of the records.
My son James B. Wielgus, of Stroudburg PA Stroud Township Police, may be contacted in the result of my death. My desire is that we collect information, & exchange information, in order to keep in touch with one another. The certain growth of the family & lack of time, to communicate, inspired me to create this vehicle.
Periodically I will update the site. I invite you to share your information, if you find you are related. Accuracy Is important to us all. Thank you

Grant that we may realize it is the little
things in life that create differences,
that in the big things of life we are as one &
may strive to touch & to know the great common heart of us all.
And oh God, let us not forget to be kind.
