My father is originally from Heillbron Germany. He moved to Ireland, where he met my mother, around 1976/77. They married in February 1979. My brother was born in March 1979 and I followed in August 1980. The family emigrated from Ireland to Cambridge Ontario on April fools day of 1981 and we have lived here ever since. All my extended family lives in Ireland and Germany, except for my dad's sister Erika who resides in San Diego, CA.
